My Darling just got to know that his rating, which is supervised and controlled by his managers, is upgraded to ME2 (Meet Expectation 2)..
Meaning he shows good performance in his job and his ratings changed from ME4 or ME5 to ME2.
FYI, the ratings:

Lowest......---->>>>......Highest
